Rodrick is beginning his secondary education as a boarding student at Kawambwa Boys Secondary Boarding School. He lives with his five brothers and sisters and has expressed a long-term interest in becoming a police officer. He enjoys learning about science and religion and has shown particular interest in science subjects. Kawambwa Boys is recognized nationally for its emphasis on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), providing a structured academic environment for students pursuing technical and professional pathways. He intends to pursue a degree in science when he continues to university studies.
