Protecting Student Privacy

The safety, dignity, and privacy of our youngest students are a top priority.

Our three primary school scholars are all orphans, and out of respect for their circumstances, we do not publicly share their real names, personal histories, or identifying details. In the absence of parental consent, we believe it is both ethical and responsible to limit the information shared online.

These students attend Kacema Musuma Primary Boarding School, a primary boarding school in Kawambwa, Luapula Province that specializes in supporting orphans and vulnerable children through education, care, and stability. Beyond Borders has fully funded their primary school educations and they will be prioritized if they choose to apply for secondary school scholarships in the future.

For storytelling and reporting purposes only, we use pseudonyms when referencing our primary school students:

These names allow us to share impact while ensuring each child’s privacy, safety, and future autonomy are fully respected.
